This Refund Policy explains how Shark Byte, Inc. handles billing and refunds for its software products.
This website
This website does not sell products or take payments. It is an information and contact site. No charge is made for using it.
Product subscriptions
Where you subscribe to a Shark Byte product, the terms of that product govern its billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you select. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges.
Requesting a refund
If you are charged for a Shark Byte product and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of that charge by writing to hello@sharkbytehq.com with your account details. We review each request and respond within five business days.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the credit to appear.
Changes
We may update this policy as our products develop. When we do, we revise the effective date above.
